In Academia, a project was born that is deeply close to our hearts: a shared dream, that of bringing together the Al Bronzo Barilla pasta ambassador chefs into one big family.
A meeting of lives and crafts, where the culinary Art of professionals is intertwined with our passion for pasta, in a dialogue made of flavors, visions and creativity. With the ambition to elevate the sensory experience of a pasta dish and open new horizons in the narrative of Italian gastronomy.

Academia Barilla's Library contains more than 17.000 volumes, from the 16th century to the present, 5.000 historical menus and the entire collection of more than 100 periodicals and major culinary guides.
A unique heritage of the gastronomic literature of Italy and the world that holds the history of food cultures, the principles of gastronomic sciences and the secrets of techniques in the kitchen.

Affiliated with the Municipality of Parma, it makes more than 150 milestones available in digital format that can be freely consulted from the “Parma and its history” website.
Books not yet available digitally can be consulted at Academia Barilla headquarters.

Fascinating place, with its 17.000 volumes and 5.000 historical menus, it represents the cultural soul of Academia Barilla that guards the secrets of the cuisines of the world.
Demonstration Room
Space for culinary demonstrations, perfect for taste experiences in the presence of ""chefs in action"" and for educational activities.
Training Room
Room with 16 complete professional kitchens, with capacity for up to 95 people, ideal for team building activities and customized courses.
